View Question & AnswerI'm currently in the professional health monitoring program in PA, which I disclosed to my employer before being hired. A fellow nurse has taken it upon herself to run a backround check on me and is passing the info around the office. Can I press my employer for her to be terminated for invasion of privacy, or ethics violations? The board of nursing says that my info is not public, so I'm not sure how she obtained the info.
